How i Would do this is make it hard for them at first
to even be able to use their powers, but after a while
and a few important missions that have helped fight
some baddies, i would say that the Planet would start
to take a liking to these new helpers and would maybe
start allowing some of her power to "bless them" as of
sorts... and i dont really remember where it said but
i didnt think that the Templars really used the
Hunting Grounds all that much, that their blessings
were from heros, and im sure that Banshee has her own
heroes that could bless them... Another thing that
has bothered me is, why if the Hunting grounds
connection doesnt work all that well on Banshee how
did the sykers do it? Who knows...but hope this helps
