It has to be the mortal. A manitou is already Pure Evil on a Stick(tm). The
mortal can't be damned for the actions of the manitou. It's been established
that a harrowed Blessed shouldn't have to make Sinnin' rolls if the manitou
kills somebody. Likewise, a Harrowed anybody shouuldn't rack up Corruption
for what the manitou does.
