I've have this argument with my gaming group several times and I think we
talked about it on the list once before but I am of the opinion that the
range of the 'cloak' is the distance of the farthest thing being concealed
by the cloak. I'm assuming when you put a 100 yard range your saying you
can't see anything if your within 100 yards? If the device is being hidden,
the farther you are the easier harder it would be to spot...I can be wrong
in my thinking, it happens far more often than I like...
