I'm still around and read when things get posted, although it has
been pretty dead for awhile. I haven't had a chance to play
Deadlands in over a year and a half, due to getting married and
moving from Texas to Virginia. I've mostly been playing D&D 4E
since I moved, as it's easier to find players, and I want to wait
until I can get a solid group together for a long term Deadlands
game (hopefully running through all three settings).
In the interest of starting some dialogue, how is everyone else
doing on finding games to play? Also, I'm curious what people
think of the Savage Worlds system for Deadlands. I've played and
run other games using Savage Worlds, and it seems to me that a lot
of the flavor of the game would be lost in translation, although it
would streamline some things. Adam
