[pbmserv-dev] nice: /home/pbmserv/bin/signup: No such file or directory

I've tried to create some test users for my experimental pbmserv
installation, but the `signup' program is missing. There have to be
more scripts --- signup, as well as add, change, delete, list,
message, broadcast, test, status, cron --- that are called by
`pbmserv.pl'. I already tried to fetch these, but did get an error
message instead. 

Well, I could find out the format of `$PBMHOME/etc/users' from
`chkuser.cpp', but there has to be a better way.

Whats wrong with my installation? What do I miss?
