valid point.

A few weeks ago, I tried to make a change to the Message-ID code to make
threading "work".  In order for threading to work, all players of a given
board (A and B) had to receive messages with the same Message-ID.  This is 
to that when player A responds to a message in the game, he'd set the
"In-Reply-To" header to a message-id that was (potentially) in player B's
inbox.

Sadly, I didn't get the logic quite right.  

I think I've fixed it now.   Ragnar, please do a "show" request to
see if you get them all now.
