Other questions:

Are bribes public?  Obviously it should show who has made a bribe and
who hasn't so we know who the slowpoke is, but should we know how much
they've paid in bribe?  How about who they've voted for?

What about the bankroll.  Is that public?

Be sure to accept $0 bribes as well, in case somebody is short on
cash.  And $0 bribes should still be directed, so that if you divide
up loot among the people who voted for him, the person who bribed $0
can still (optionally) get his share of the inheritance.
