Dimensions: smaller than 35x35 pixels should do the trick. That is the
dimensions of the ChuShogi graphics. Tenjiku is a bigger board, right?
Here is an example of a ChuShogi graphic:

Anything similar should do the trick. If you feel up to it two different
sizes would give users some more options...

File format: gif or png is ideal, most other things I can easily convert.
