[pbmserv-dev] notify for BEGINNING games?

Would it be possible to add a notify option that would email games
as they START, in addition to when they end?

For several games that destroy initial game state as they proceed,
including trinim, it's impossible to reconstruct the original game
from the final board and move history.

A more robust solution would be to have such games permanently record
their initial state in the game file.  But that's probably more
effort.
