[pbmserv-dev] Scramble scoring/rating

Game 3547, that just finished, was a three-player game.  The final 
scores were 241, 238, and 144, but the end-of-game email indicated that 
the winner had won by 97 points.  True, he may have been 97 points ahead 
of the lowest score, but was only 3 points ahead of the runner-up.  
Thus, he really only won by 3 points.  I'm not sure if that makes a 
difference for the respective ratings recalculations, but just wanted 
someone to know in case it needed to be fixed.
