[pbmserv-dev] error in Spangles game?

Hey! why didn't I win this game?  I have the three outer pieces of a triangle
filled in?  what's going on here?  Does the center piece need to be filled in? 
This doesn't make sense.  The rules should be stated, "The three outer pieces
of a triangle need to be filled in with the player's color while the center
piece needs to be filled in with either player's piece"  the way the rules are
stated sounds like the center piece does not need to be filled in.  Go ahead
and reread the rules... I dare you!  :-)
