Wow, I just checked the code and it explicitly checks that the center
piece is not blank, so I guess the rules are at fault. Fortunately you can
win in the next move by filling in the center (and your opponent can't stop
you). Is the gamerz implementation the official rules for Spangles or is
there some other source for the official rules?
