Don't think so. I generally copy files to a writable temp subdirectory of my home directory (which Richard will have to set up for you) them FTP them over.

That would be a huge amount of work for the tester, and probably easier for them to rewrite from scratch - PHP development is very interactive.
Your best option would be to set up an Apache server on your machine and maintain your own local copy of gamerz.net, then develop and test there before uploading your files to the server.
