ChineseCheckers has the option, but it's turned off be default, because it
is not particularly pretty.

chinesecheckers set userid password [normal/rotate] 
    Choose whether the board should rotate so that your pieces are
    always shown moving from bottom to top. 

    normal : Do not rotate the board. 
    rotate : Rotate the board so that your pieces are always shown
             moving from bottom to top.
