how to start a game?

Sorry to ask silly questions, but I can't find the answer by myself.

I asked for a game of GO. I got an answer, that a new board is prepared
(with a board-number) and that I should start the game.
I have no user-id of the challenger.
The Help-Go-Topic only tells me about challenging but it says nothing about
how to make a move.
So what can I do now?
