New game - Trellis

Hello,

A new connection game, Trellis, has been added to the server. This is a 
very interesting game and well worth checking out.

Trellis was invented by Steven Meyers in 1999 and introduced in his article 
"Making Connections" (GAMES magazine, June 2000). The version implemented 
here is the one called square Trellis described in "New Connection Games - 
Part One" (GAMES magazine, October 2001).
