[pbmserv] Broadcast from dshort via PBM Server

To those chess players who are currently playing in my "knockout chess"
tournament Section "K" i am considering expanding the time control  to a 
full 180 days
per  game. Although this is already what the boards say the tc is, i 
previously announced that
i would enforce a tc of game-90 days. If no one has any objections i will 
expand it to 180 days
per side
