Could everyone, and I do mean everyone, please refrain
from using this list for situations that involve
individuals.  Relief is only a delete key away. 
Talking about barring people from servers for a few
annoying emails is overkill.

Everyone is free, of course, to express their opinions
in emails not to the list, but I would sincerely hope
that people have the good taste to forego this option
as well.
