[pbmserv] Broadcast from dshort via PBM Server

I am once again making a pitch to start up new tournaments in Doublechess 
and
Omegachess. So far I have the following players signed up for each 
tournament:

OMEGACHESS

Right now I am probably looking at making each tournament a single round 
robin event,
but if I get more players I may break them into two  round-robin section.
The time control in each event is 1 move per 7 days. When you request to be 
put on
the vacation list your obligation to make weekly moves is removed. However I 
would
request that players who sign up for the tournament limit themselves to 
maybe 60 days
vacation time per year. If you would like to sign up for one or both of 
these events
and you are not already on these lists please email me your pbm userid to me 
at
davidnyj889@hotmail.com  --- Please email me directly rather than messaging 
me thru
the server since I will need your email address to send out the pairings. 
Please also be sure
to tell all of your Doublechess and Omegachess opponents about my 
tournaments and if
they are not already signed up tell them to contact me if they wish to sign 
up for it.
