[pbmserv] chmeee seeks Twixt and Hex

I seek challenges at 19x19 Hex, or Twixt. I offer row handicaps
to anyone who has not played me at Twixt before. Please, only one
game of each type at a time per player. If you want a Twixt
handicap, the syntax would be

twixt challenge yourname chmeee -handicap=-X

where X is the number of rows you want. Note the value should be
negative, and your handle should go before mine, since you will be
moving first. If X is 0 (zero), the minus sign is unnecessary. That
is called first move handicap.

If you want to play a rated game instead, then note that both
Hex and Twixt employ the pie rule, also known as the swap rule.
After the first player makes the first move, the 2nd player has
the option to swap sides if desired. This is allowed only
immediately after the first peg is placed on the board.

The syntax for a Hex challenge would be

hex challenge -size=19 yourname chmeee

XOR

hex challenge -size=19 chmeee yourname

I do not offer Hex handicaps.

For rated Twixt, the standard 24x24 board is fine, or even
larger (up to size 36) would be great also. The syntax would be

twixt challenge oneofus theotheroneofus -size=36
