Chess is a game of mind. There is no grace if you do perpetual check. If you are a good player, it shouldn´t have come to this situation. Otherwise accept the defeat.
 
That is not right.  Perpetual check is a part of chess. It ends the game as a tie. Saying "I had a sequence of moves that gave me a win, but she found a perpetual check first, that is not fair, it should be my win and not a tie" is the same as saying "I had a sequence of moves that gave me a win, but she found a checkmate first, that is not fair, it should be my win and not her win".
 
If it is in the rules, it is fair game and has to be taken into account. The problem is, what if it is not in the rules?
