It's from a line of products by Chris Christensen Systems.  I also
use their shampoos, "White on White" and "Black on Black"; and spray
on and wipe off cleaner, "Show Off."  Can find it at dog shows and
Cherrybrook (http://www.cherrybrook.com/) carries it.  The Ice on
Ice comes in a spray bottle and there's also available a refill
concentrate bottle that mix with water to refill the spray bottle.
