Colette,

Clondike retrieves like crazy, WHEN she is in the mood.  When she wants 
to play retriever, she will throw her ChewMan across the room, and then 
run after it and dive on it, or pick it up and shake it by the neck--the 
mighty huntress killing her prey.

Then if no one has jumped in to play fetch, she comes over and starts the 
pawing routine--you all know how that goes!

She is a real party animal.
