I don't think so!!

You think our normal dogs do not know a 8 year old child when they see one?
You think they mistake this 8 year old girl for a preditor equivalent?  Lets
suppose the child did do something of the magnatude to be considered a threat,
the dog used way too much force in halting the act(s).  Our normal dogs seldom
if ever in their lifetime ever actually bite someone.  Anyone who has dogs
that are different have dogs that are not typical of the breed.  This is kind
of like a murder or rape case as the sympathy and focus has moved from the
victum to the agressor.
