Hi All,  Well, Heidi was spayed this morning & I'm very happy to report that she is home & doing very well.  She's sleeping most of the time in her crate but has eaten once & is eliminating (outside, thank goodness).  The entire staff at our Vet's is completely taken with her.  She is very sweet & very gentle & VERY laid back. She's also starting to respond to all those things we "learned" in puppy pre-school.

 

Chewbear started class this evening.  I was surprised at how easily he settled down since he is a bit more fretful. 

 

I tried the recipe for liver bait.  And yes, it smelled up the house something awful!!!!! Both dogs like it a lot so I guess it was worth it.  The next time I want to cook it, I'll wait for a windy day & open all doors for extra ventilation. Take care of yourselves & your doggies.
