I just want to say on behalf of Penn Dutch - thank you to all of you who
came out and supported our Regional.
It was great to see so many wonderful people and their pyrs come together
and have a great time.    Special thanks to our  great judges for doing a
wonderful job and being so forgiving of "summer coats".

I would also like to say a special thanks to Betsy Hoffmier who came out
with her two dwarfs and helped educate everyone.      Seeing these dwarfs
(although they were cute) is a real eye opener for all breeders to take that
extra look into their pedigrees before they breed.    Betsy is planning on
monitoring and testing these dwarfs to help find a way that will identify
the gene in order to help avoid this in the future.    I hope all will
respect and support her efforts.
