   Oh yes...upon my return to the van...I don't holler. I usually say (loudly)
something like:
     "No, that's OK Albert....I'm OK to drive a while yet!! I'll let you know
when I need you to spell me and take over driving for awhile."  
    then shove him over with my body!!! That way we get even better looks from
people!!!  Just remember to wipe the drool off the steering wheel & windows!!
