I may have seen a more recent version in the Bulletin or in a post a long
time ago.

Jeff Glover, owner of the original pyr list, had a FAQ section on his
website and maintained a large archive of posts on many pyr topics.
Unfortunately, that website is no longer up and running and I haven't come
across anything with that sort of information other than the material GPCA
sends out.
