My Maggie is a Rescue too.  She is now 6 yrs old & I've had her since she
was 10 1/2 months.  Bonded????  Or did you say ROOTED???  Train easily???
Cookies work wonders as do any other edible foodstuff.  But still they do
what they want (and mostly what you want) when they get around to it.  LOL
