Hi Sandy,
I agree 100% that it is wrong for someone to take someone's kennel name to try
and make a few bucks on it...but this is not the case - and also not the issue
at hand.

This is exactly our point and the person was denied membership because of
ownership - I am glad you agree with me here.

I also agree with this - who could consider anyone unethical for being
unwilling to give something up that they legally own just because someone else
wants it and when all the facts of the particular issue are not known?
