Barb...be careful on what you're reading into the posts.  Without the full
information in front of you (and how much info the Board had, I'm not sure),
"hiring" someone to create a web site does not imply one thing about
registering a domain name.  I've created lots of web sites, even been paid
to do so, but I've never registered a domain name.  That requires a look at
the contract (what?  no contract?  nothing in writing?  I dunno...I've heard
nothing in these posts about a contract)

In fact, I'm not sure any more what the REAL problem is:  the fact that
someone's application was refused, the way in which it was refused, the
reason it was refused, or the fact that someone can request an application
be refused because of a personal dispute between two individuals.
