I looked for the Malibu 2000 at a beauty supply store I use and was 
unable to find it.  

I use:  equal volume milk of magnesia and human hair peroxide, 
then add enough cornstarch to make a paste.  I usually put it on at 
night and it dries and in morning brush it out.
