They said it was probably due to my Triglycerides being at 5412.  They
should not be over 200.  Also, my cholesterol was at 704.  But again, it
was the Triglycerides.  They were wondering why I didn't have a hard 
attack sooner.  Also, even at those levels, my blood pressure has always
been perfect 120/80.  Pancreatitus is simply when the enzymes start
attacking the Pancreas instead of going into the stomach and digesting 
the food.  It can also be caused by things like gallstones blocking the
way or by physical injury.

I bought "MasterCook Suite" by Sierra Home Software and also a 
Diabetic add on.  It will analyze any recipe for over 25 nutritional
elements like fat, calories, vitamins, fiber, and sodium.  It has a
built in database of 5,500 ingredients and you can add more if you
need to.
