I believe I'm now familiar with every ones preferences on size, what
about coloring?  We have a " red headed " male 140 lbs.  Would his
coloring be considered "correct"?
 We rescued him from the animal shelter and we have no interest in
showing .
I'm more concerned with placing animals in loving homes than in winning
ribbons.  However, I do agree that they need to be well bred to continue
with their wonderful temperament.  Basically what I'm trying to say is we
should be more concerned with the "treatment" of animals than their
appearance.  That should come only when there are no more abused and
homeless pets.  I'm not an "expert " and do not claim to be one, this is
only my opinion.  I certainly do not mean to offend anyone who shows.  I
've been holding my tongue every since this all started about proper
size.  I feel it's my turn to give my opinion, since I've read most of
yours.
