     What about taking your favorite scanned image of Albert and printing
     it out on a transparency.  I know that this could be done through
     either a laser printer (black line) or a color inkjet if you prefer.
     Then you could trim it to the size you wish.

     How you will stick it to the window ... I dunno.  I'm sure static
     would hold it for a while, but maybe someone knows of a clear drying
     glue you might use.

     Another option might be to check with a local print shop and see what
     they have in stock.  Our local radio stations seem to be passing out
     their "static-stick" logos constantly.

     Just a thought ...
