As far as the dew claws go, leave them right where they are. As far as eyelids go, see a specialist and see what he/she recommends. Because this is a puppy and the heads change drastically, there is a possibility that the problem will correct itself. Get an expert opinion from a specialist. Wouldn't necessarily trust the opinion of a vet that recommended removing dew claws. Might be an excellent vet, but with old ideas but then again, might just be looking to make an extra buck. Check with a specialist for the eyes!
