[PyrNet-L] Obedience? NOT............

PLEASE tell me that there is a BRAIN behind those adoring brown eyes, and that he truly loves me........... for the last 2 days Sam has been a holy terror.......... he will NOT walk on the leash, he will NOT come, he will NOT stay..... he will NOT work for treats.. he is pulling stuff that he hasn't done in a l-o-n-g time! ie: chewing on the leash while walking, biting me, running and jumping on me......... please convince me that this IS JUST A PHASE and will pass...... I did threaten him with *rescue* - he managed to get a straw wreath that was 5 feet off the ground on the wall! He was alone with our dalli for all of 1 HR! I call him with the intent of crating him till he settles down..... he bounds to me until I reach down to grab his collar and bounds the other direction--- he thinks it's a great game and I'm not playing! So I ignore him......He could care less! What the heck is going on here??????? Is it the stars, the moon, the cooler weather? Not lack of exercise... we went running and walking (well, I ran) and I am tired- why isn't he? Maybe the age, the ?????????????????? cause at this rate, he will be a fuzzy windchime when hurricane Floyd hits the east coast!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
