Thoroughly clean a cement mixer. Fill with water and an appropriate shampoo
with conditioner.  Put cement mixer on high speed.  Ignore howling from
inside cement mixer.  Run for about 10 minutes.  When howling has stopped
the dog is probably unconscious and safe to handle.  Remove dog and allow to
awaken naturally.  You will have both a very clean dog; and a very obedient
one for about a month.  At that time repeat procedure.  (The second time you
may need a muzzle and two very big men to get the dog into the cement
mixer.)
