Patric, I agree with this last letter.  It is my understanding that there
is in fact a good carry over.  While we don't intentionally try to miss
heart worming on a monthly basis, it occasionally happens.  The Vet. has
assured me that there is a several month carry over protecting the dogs. 
Does any one know this to not be the case?  Cindy.
