Thank you for your suggestions!  I esp like the gift cert and the cleaning
supplies- hadn't thought of that one!  I will give them a call hopefully
today.  Ours has dogs and cats...... that's about as far as this local one
goes.  Thanks again! We knew of so many needy families here in Maine, but it
was hard to pick just one without hurting someone elses feelings, and no one
to our knowledge at the hospital has ever thought of doing the Humane
Society, so that's what prompted us to do this. And there are a few therapy
dogs and kitties that come in to our extended care wing- I am glad this was
our choice this year!  And administration is backing us! (That's a
first!!!!!!!!!!)
