That's not possible, but any start will grow. Just as dysplasia has done.

If you (generic not personally) cannot afford to breed and checking your
breeding stock and getting it cleared is so basic it should not need to be
said, Do Not Breed. As far as puppy checks I think the buyer should bear the
cost of clearing the stock. This is new to me at this point and I need to
carefully consider this prior to making any more comments. I also need to
learn a lot more.
