Gypsy is microchipped, but more for positive identification purposes than
to have her returned if she's lost.  The way I figure it, the first
person to find a lost dog is usually an inexperienced neighbor or kid on
the street.  And they're going to look for tags with phone numbers, not
microchips or tattoos.  I think we need to cover all our bases!
