regarding the woman with a large apartment wanting a GP

I have lived in my 5 room condo for the last 13 years and for 10 of those 
years have had a pyr. My new pup is 6 months old. He gets walked twice a day 
and goes hiking on the weekends. He goes to yappy hour at the 3 dog bakery 
and has lots of puppy friends. When he is outside, he is tied up as there is 
no fenced in area. I know that there are people that will tell you that if a 
dog is tied up, it gets resentful and suspicious. I find that to be untrue. 
It is like anything else, when the dog is treated well, he grows into a good 
pet. I have seen no reason why a dog of this type cannot be happy in an 
apartment as long as he gets outside for good exercise every day and is 
socialized.
