Well Jan, I was born and raised on the New Jersey Shore but I DO NOT eat seafood of any kind. So, it was my husband who gutted, filleted, and cooked any fish he caught. I left the house as, depending on what he caught, the smell of the fish cooking would make me nauseous! Give me beef or pork (or lamb) any day! BTW I will be shopping for a NZ leg of lamb this week!
