[PyrNet-L] Rattlesnakes

Hi:  Does anyone have any first hand experience with rattlesnakes vs
pyrenees?  What would a pyr typically do if he saw a rattlesnake?  Does
he have the sense to stay back and alert the owner?  If bitten are his
chances good he will survive if treated fast enough?  Is antivenin used
or steroids?  Thanks, Inga (new pyrenees owner)
