I use garlic oil capsules that I purchase at the health food
store. I use 3000 mgs. (3, 1000 mg. capsules) as this seems to be
the dose that works best for my dogs. The Pyr Shep only gets 2000
mgs. It takes a while to build up in their systems. 6-8 weeks if
I remember correctly. No side effects that I know of, I've never
had any trouble, anyway.
