Jim Delaney just told me that Dr. James Giffin has died recently.  

On a brighter note, Benoit Cockenpot of Pic de Viscos in France  has a web 
site.  It is in French, but if yo copy the URL and go to my web site, 
Pyrenean Journal there is a link there that takes you to a translation site.  
Once at the site, put in Benoit's URL and magically it will translate the 
site for you. Pretty neat.
