Because in our area of Texas we have a lot of that attitude, and the
numbers of ill cared for, or disposed of dogs, I find it very hard to be
calm about it.  I hear people saying " It's ok to spay a female, but
never neuter a male dog, it makes them useless."  When you think of the
damage one intact male can do to a population, it is hard to remain calm.
 And that attitude towards the dogs in the first place is just insulting.
 But I give you credit for your calm response.  Some people are better
that way than others.  Cindy
