Nancy, I loved that story, and it reminded me about a
former pyr owner here in Denmark, that received a complaint about their pyr
barking several month after her death. Makes you realise that for some people
once they get the idea that a particular dog is barking too much, if they hear
barking, they don't bother to find out if it is the same dog this time. I hope
you neighbour is ashamed.
