[pyrnet] spaying after the first heat, early s/n

As one who has spayed and neutered puppies at 8 weeks for many without
a problem, there really is no significant advantage to wait until a
bitch has her first season.  The adult dogs do not look different,
they do not have any health problems related to the early s/n, and the
size is the same or just a tad (1/4" to 1/2 ") taller.
